Dug-Dug Yu (modified version of Hide & Seek)

Make a circle on the ground with chalk. From the circle, throw a thing like 'ball' or 'soda can' that makes a sound (like Dug Dug - hence, the name). Throw it as far as possible.

The one whose turn it is (call him X) will go to get it. All others will hide. X will put the ball/can in the circle. And he has to find everyone while protecting the ball/Can. If anyone else comes to the circle without X noticing him and gets the ball/can - then game restarts and X has to again fetch the ball and find people.

If he is able to find all people, then whoever is first found will take the turn.

We play with Can and call it 'dug dug' because it makes 'dug dug' sound when you throw the can.

Pen fight

This is one of the most popular school/college games (at least I thought so).

When to play: During breaks between lectures (recess), lunch time, after hours. But of course the most fun time to play is during the lectures, right under the noses of the teacher!

Where to play: On the school tables

How many can play: Doesn't matter. Maybe 8-10

Objective: The objective is similar to 'King of the Ring'. You got to survive in the ring (table) till the very end, and knock off everyone else pen's off the table.

How to play: Each person has his pen. Put all on the table, and one after the other, u try to knock off the other pens , by hitting one end of ur pen n sending it spinning across the table towards any other pen. Whoseever pens survives at the end , wins! Obviously the person with the heavier pen would have the advantage.

The very first Indian "Bachchon ka Game" which comes to my mind. And it is an ever popular game.In adiition Lattoo and "Kanche" (.May have a different word for the same game). We remember them fondly now.Can we write the rules for some of the games mentioned above.
